Our company supplies special rubber rollers, patented hollow rollers, urethane separation pads, and more to many OA equipment manufacturers. In particular, the hollow roller has a unique shape with a hollow interior, allowing it to feed both thin and thick paper without distinction, unlike traditional feed rollers. Additionally, it helps prevent paper noise caused by stick-slip and reduces the generation of paper dust, while also offering a long lifespan (roller durability). These advantages have led to its adoption in many OA devices. We also manufacture products by molding urethane resin into sheets of 0.2mm thickness, allowing for precise control of the friction coefficient μ from 3 to 0.4.
